Warranty, Returns and Special Orders
White's and Hathorn brand boots are unquestionably warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship one year from date of purchase. Our warranty is an expression of our confidence in the material and hand-crafted workmanship of our company's products, and assures unsurpassed quality for rugged, dependable service. In the rare event of a defect under this warranty, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product. Please call our customer service department at 800-541-3786 and a company representative will assist you in taking care of any problems or concerns pertaining to boot warranty.
All returns must be pre-approved by White's Return Department. A return authorization (RA) number can be obtained by calling our Customer Service Department at (800) 541-3786. All returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid to: White's Boots Inc. at 4002 E. Ferry Ave., Spokane, WA 99202, with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping container.
Special Order Boots
You can order your White's in many heights and colors. However, only the most popular heights and colors are considered "standard." These standard heightsand colors are clearly pictured and easily found in our catalog and on our website. Standard boots may be exchanged provided they have not been worn outdoors or scuffed. Others marked special orderare not regularly stocked and must be custom made. Special orders boots cannot be exchanged or returned.
Repair and Rebuilds of White's Manufactured Products
Boots requiring repair should be returned to White's Boots, Inc. at 4002 E. Ferry Ave, Spokane, WA 99202. A brief written description of the work requested must accompany the boots as well as marking the shipping container. For any questions before sending please call our customer service department at (800) 541-3786.
Unclaimed Repaired Products
Our Repair Department will go through the finished repairs, boots that are found 6-9 months old the customer will be notified that the boots are available to be picked up or shipped.
Three documented notiification attempts will be made, with the last one stating a forfeiture date on all boot left unclaimed after 12 months.
Payments will not be refunded, but can be used as store credit.
